    Description

    Distillation Assembly with Round-Bottom Flask, Splash Head, Double-Surface Condenser and Receiver Adapter – Borosilicate Glass is designed for laboratory distillation procedures involving the vaporization and subsequent condensation of suitable liquids.

    The round-bottom flask holds the liquid sample for heating. The splash head helps reduce the carryover of liquid droplets into the condenser during distillation. The double-surface condenser provides a cooling surface for condensing vapours back into liquid, while the receiver adapter directs the condensed liquid into a suitable collection vessel.

    Manufactured from borosilicate glass, the assembly offers good chemical resistance and thermal resistance when used with compatible substances and under appropriate operating conditions. Its transparent construction allows visual observation of the distillation process.

    The SMC-4028 series is available in four configurations, with round-bottom flask capacities of 2000 ML, 3000 ML, 5000 ML, and 10000 ML and condenser effective lengths ranging from 200 MM to 600 MM.
